Scholarship: If you would like to apply for a scholarship, you must do that FIRST before submitting your registration. Do not register until you have a confirmation on your scholarship amount. $100 is non-refundable. All other fees will be refunded if your cancellation is received prior to May 5th, 2024. After May 5th, 50% of your remaining fees will be refunded.
Camp Masala wants to ensure the health and safety of our attendees as our main priority and will be following our venue’s (University of St. Thomas’s) Covid-19 policy (https://www.stthomas.edu/covid19/guest-information/). We will be closely monitoring these guidelines and will update our policy if needed. While we are not requiring a negative COVID test for attendance or checking vaccination cards, we ask that if you are eligible to be vaccinated that you are. Prior to camp if you are sick or have recently tested positive for COVID-19 we ask that you stay home.
