Camp Masala 2024 Registration

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all your information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover information available.

Registration procedure: You will be asked for information on each person attending Camp Masala.

Camp Fees: See website (www.campmasala.org) for details. Camp fees include meals & snacks, activities, facilities, parties, educational sessions for children & adults, all materials & lots of FUN!

Scholarship: If you would like to apply for a scholarship, you must do that FIRST before submitting your registration. Do not register until you have a confirmation of your scholarship amount.  

$100 is non-refundable. All other fees will be refunded if your cancellation is received prior to May 5th, 2024. After May 5th, 50% of your remaining fees will be refunded. 

Camp Masala wants to ensure the health and safety of our attendees as our main priority and will be following our venue’s (University of St. Thomas’s) Covid-19 policy (https://www.stthomas.edu/covid19/guest-information/). We will be closely monitoring these guidelines and will update our policy if needed. While we are not requiring a negative COVID test for attendance or checking vaccination cards, we ask that if you are eligible to be vaccinated that you are. Prior to camp if you are sick or have recently tested positive for COVID-19 we ask that you stay home.

Recruit a Family Discount: For every new family you get to come to Camp Masala, you will receive a $25 refund. Refunds will be distributed at camp.

Early Registration Discount: You will receive a $25 discount if your registration is received and paid in full on or before April 1st, 2024.  It will be deducted from the Registration Fee for the first adult.
